Booking & Payment Guidelines
- Eligibility:
By booking on our website, you confirm that you are 18+.
- Contact Details:
Name, phone number, and email are needed for quotes or bookings. Without these, service can’t proceed.
- Communication Consent:
Providing contact info allows communication from Park Lane Logistics; details are not shared with third parties.
- Payment:
Full payment is due upon booking. Accepted methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- Booking Notice:
Online bookings need a minimum of 4 hours’ notice (08:00 – 22:00 UK time). For short-notice bookings, call +44 (0) 333 880 8361.
- Travel Areas:
Online prices apply within the UK. For European trips, contact the office at +44 (0) 333 880 8361.
Vehicles & Service Terms
- Vehicle Classes:
Fleet includes vehicles up to 5 years old. Premium vehicles are under 3 years.
- Sub-contracted Vehicles:
May use sub-contracted vehicles, all of which are licensed and insured.
- Service Types:
Services include One Way, Hourly, Daily Hire, Day Trips, and Event Hire, each with specific minimum hire durations and mileage limits.
Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
- Additional Charges:
Extra charges may apply for delays, additional stops, or itinerary changes.
- Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds for cancellations made with 24-hour notice. Fees apply for cancellations made closer to pickup time.
- No Show & Extra Waiting Time:
No-shows are non-refundable. Waiting fees apply after complimentary waiting time.
Fleet Details & Services
- Fleet Options:
Include Mercedes S-Class, E-Class, V-Class and Range Rover – other vehicles are available, please contact the office for more details.
Smoking and Substance Abuse
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. We do not tolerate use of illegal substances on our vehicles. Violation will lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
Terms of Service
- Insurance & Liability:
All vehicles are insured for passenger and third-party claims, though personal items are carried at the passenger’s risk.
- Luggage Policy:
Excess luggage may lead to cancellation fees. Dimensions vary by vehicle type.
- Service Duration & Punctuality:
Service timing is as booked. Park Lane Logistics isn’t responsible for delays beyond their control but will notify and offer alternatives.
Conduct, Complaints & Policy Changes
- Behaviour & Zero Tolerance:
Harassment or abusive behaviour toward staff results in immediate service termination without refund.
- Complaints:
Submit complaints in writing within 14 days.
- Policy Amendments:
Park Lane Logistics can modify terms as needed.
Operator license:
Park Lane Logistics Ltd is a private hire vehicle operator, licensed by Hertsmere Borough Council, operating exclusively through direct bookings from clients for chauffeur-driven services. To expand our service offerings and ensure full regulatory compliance, we also leverage the fleet licenses of our trusted partners, which operate under a Transport for London (TfL) operator license. This partnership enables us to deliver a wider range of services while strictly adhering to all legal and safety standards.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a key EU regulation that sets data privacy standards for organizations within the EU, outlining both individual rights and organizational responsibilities for personal data handling. Park Lane Logistics securely stores all customer data solely to enhance service delivery and does not share it with third parties without consent. No credit card information is stored, and payments are handled through third-party processors, certified to PCI-DSS standards. We will only share customer data with third parties when legally required.
